The need to access data has given us many choices. I have tried other options and found them to have one or all of these faults: unreliable on a regular basis; he other computer was out of service; data not on line; coordination of both computers was restrictive; the cost was more expensive per client; no backups were created; and off site storage was another cost at $100 or so more per month.

Remote Accounting is the way to go whether you are servicing accounts down the block or in another state. There are no boundaries."
